Here’s What We’re Doing…

Global Family Aid has come together on the ground to deliver hot, nutritious meals to the widows, orphans, displaced, hungry, and wounded people of Gaza. These meals provide more than just food — they offer hope, dignity, and comfort in the face of adversity.

Here are the different meals that we are currently distributing among the needy:

🔹 Lentil Soup: A hearty 700-750 ml portion made with red lentils, ghee, and spices, delivering warmth and energy.

🔹 Pasta: A filling 500-600 gm dish prepared with ketchup, oil, and spices for maximum nourishment.

🔹 Mujaddara: A traditional 700-750 gm meal of lentils and rice or bulgur, cooked with onions and ghee for a wholesome, satisfying option.

🔹 Rice with Vermicelli: A 600-700 ml portion of rice, ghee, and spices, offering a comforting, energy-rich meal.

All three of these zones face the same hardships, and as Winter approaches, their struggles are bound to be amplified further.
